Large Product Inventory

Phone call answered quickly - no AI annoyance, no audio ad messages, no waiting, no indecipherable foreign accents, and no pressing 42 numbers before a warm body responds to your call. Sales and Tech people are always helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Plus, Primary Arms has great prices and discount sales.

Primary Arms always has great prices on great products! Their line of optics has something for every budget level and the quality always punches above the priceline. Their shipping is always prompt and they have great customer service! It’s always a pleasure doing business with Primary Arms!

Fast shipping and great products. Any questions you have they respond promptly with useful information. Bought a lot of gear from Primary arms and has always been a great experience.

Excellent warranty repair

Excellent warranty repair.
I returned 3 optics for reticle light wheels that became too stiff to turn.
I downgraded one star only because I found return instructions confusing. If I returned only one item, maybe it would have been clearer.
Turnaround was unexpectedly fasr.
