Payout is pending for a week. No response from support team.

I buy 25K instant pro account, pending payout $1,200 and waiting for next payout $1,020.
No e-mail respon and bad legitimation if a propfirm have pending payout issue. Not, recommended and also have scam indication.

This platform is not good; they provide their own MetaTrader 5 platform, not the app, and you must set a stop-loss order before starting the trade. The stop-loss should be only 5 pips. If you lose two consecutive trades, you wait for an hour to start a new trade.

Very disappointing experience with this app! I followed all the rules and fulfilled every requirement, but my payout is still pending. It’s frustrating to wait so long for money I earned fairly. I wouldn’t recommend this app to other traders until they improve their payout process and provide better transparency.

Beware, this is a scam company. There is no support, and they never respond to emails. The support they offer is just AI and is of no use whatsoever. I requested payment 8 days ago, and it hasn't arrived. Although their website states it arrives within 24 to 48 hours, there is no response or reply, and even emails are ignored. This is a professional website designed to steal people's money.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Primate Props.

I purchased a $100,000 trading account and paid using USDT. After the purchase, I encountered issues with the trading platform and the MetaTrader 5 setup I expected. I contacted customer support and sent two separate emails requesting a refund, but my complaint remains unresolved.

As a paying customer, I believe I deserve transparent communication, professional customer service, and a fair resolution to my refund request.

I am now considering escalating this matter to the relevant authorities, including:

- **Swedish Consumer Agency Konsumentverket& To review potential consumer protection concerns.
National Board for Consumer Disputes To determine whether my dispute qualifies for formal consideration.

Relevant financial or business regulators:** To assess whether any regulatory concerns arise from the company’s activities
Binnacle Support: To report the USDT transaction and ask whether any assistance with the payment investigation is possible.

I am also considering seeking independent legal advice regarding my options for recovering my money.

**Primate Props: I urge you to respond to my previous refund requests and resolve this matter professionally.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I intend to pursue the appropriate complaint and dispute resolution channels.

I want my money back if I am entitled to a refund\. I also believe that customers deserve clear information about trading platforms, refund policies, and customer support before spending their money.

I am publishing this review to document my personal experience and to encourage other potential customers to carefully investigate the company, its terms, and its refund policy before making a purchase.

FRAUD WARNING: Primate Props (Promode Tech Solutions AB) – Phantom "PAID" Payouts, Corrupted Database & No Support

DO NOT TRADE WITH PRIMATE PROPS. Operating under Swedish registered company Promode Tech Solutions AB (Org. nr 556603-0093, Stockholm), this firm engages in severe database manipulation, phantom payout marking, and complete support blackouts.

KEY ISSUES EXPERIENCED ON MY $25K INSTANT FUNDED PRO ACCOUNT:

1. PHANTOM "PAID" STATUS WITHOUT FUNDS DISBURSEMENT:
I submitted three payout requests. Two were marked as "PAID" on the Web Dashboard, but NO funds were ever sent to my wallet USDT BEP-20: 0x0e2Bd47A4E5B1da59AE6fBd967c07bA51024A858. There are NO transaction hashes (TxID) on the BNB Smart Chain, and raw MT5 logs show zero payout debits. Funds are being falsely marked as paid to eliminate liability on their dashboard.

2. DATABASE TAMPERING & TRADE LOG TRUNCATION:
Their dashboard backend does not match raw MT5 server logs:
- MT5 Server Logs prove 270 total executed trades. Primate Props' dashboard caps order history at 200 trades, dropping 70 trades and corrupting equity calculations.
- Actual trading start date was September 2, 2026. The dashboard randomly modified the date to September 14, 2026, dropping 12 days of valid trading history and triggering automated false breach flags.

3. ARBITRARY SUSPENSIONS & UNSUSPENSIONS:
The account was suspended and un-suspended repeatedly without any formal compliance review or explanation.

4. NON-EXISTENT SUPPORT:
- Email support is >99% non-responsive.
- Live chat is 90% automated bots that loop endlessly.
- No phone number exists for the company.

I have filed formal regulatory fraud reports with Finansinspektionen (Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority), Konsumentverket (Swedish Consumer Agency), and ECC Sweden against Promode Tech Solutions AB.

Avoid this prop firm at all costs until raw server logs are audited and unpaid earnings are fully disbursed.

I strongly advise traders to exercise extreme caution before investing in this prop firm.

Based on my personal experience, this firm raises serious concerns regarding transparency, account access and payout policies. Instead of providing actual access to an MT5 trading account, they require traders to execute trades through their own website, which raises questions about the authenticity and reliability of their trading environment.

Even after following their stated trading rules, maintaining discipline and generating good profits, I was denied my payout. This experience has left me seriously questioning the firm's credibility, fairness and commitment to its advertised terms.

My key concerns are:

It is a big liar and fraud. They promise buy 1 and get 1 account free, but they will never give you. Even never give you any payout. Only fraud. I have all supporting documents. I have 100k instant pro account in this fraud Primate Props company. Don't spent money in this fraud company but you can go for top 10 prop firm, they have made good history. But new prop firm like primate is a big scam/fraud/liar.I have all supporting documents.

I bought a $100K instant funding account and requested a payout of $22,509 on 30 Sept 2026. It was rejected and the full amount withheld.
The rejection cited five "professional trading rules": mandatory stop loss on every trade, a 1% max risk per trade, no increasing size after a loss, no new trade within an hour of two losses, and no more than two trades per hour. None of these appear in the rules section of their website. When I asked support where they're listed, the only reply was "please check in the website." I asked for a link and got nothing.
If a firm is going to deny a payout over specific rules, those rules should be clearly published before you buy the account, not revealed when you ask for your money. Every trade I took was visible to them in real time. If they had a problem with my risk, they could have flagged it at any point, not after profits were made.
Until Primate Props shows where these rules were disclosed, I can't recommend them. Screenshot the rules page before you buy, and think twice before trusting them with your money.
