Took people's money and then ceased trading with zero communication and didn't give anyone their money back. Would like to know who exactly this business was run by because this should be classed as fraud and there should be legal consequences!!!!!
BEWARE THESE ARE FRAUDSTERS. HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY AND GONE BUST. CLEARLY TOOK MONEY WHEN THEY KNEW IT WAS GOING DOWN THE DRAIN.
Great evening's entertainment. Good meal at Goucho in Piccadilly then short walk to the amazing Moulin Rouge show. An assault on your senses, in a good way! All very well organised by Nick and Steve at Prime Events.
A massive thank you to Joe and Nick for arranging FA Cup Semi Final Liverpool V Man City tickets for us for Wembley today! I was looking online on Thursday for tickets and lost count of how many people tried to scam me. When Joe approached me and offered me tickets, I was obviously slightly apprehensive, however himself and Nick - The director could not have been more helpful and reassuring to my nerves and within an hour of paying, I had two Club Wembley tickets in my inbox. Today was absolutely incredible, the seats, the view, the club Wembley access, and of course the score helped too 😉 I would go back to Prime Events in a heartbeat for any future events. They have made today perfect in every way 🙏🏼 Massive thanks to you both again !

Absolutely top quality service, above and beyond customer service with fantastic company values also. Please do not hesitate to use this company as they’re wonderful! Managed to get Club Wembley tickets for Man City v Liverpool FA Cup Semi Final 2 days before the game and the team were very helpful and attentive to get us to Wembley! Even better that LFC won, YNWA!! Thanks to Joe and Nick and will be back for upcoming events.

Dinner & drinks at Gaucho's, had a problem with the car laid on for getting to Wembley but it was sorted quickly & efficiently, which gives you even more confidence in Prime as anyone can get it right if everything runs smoothly, you really find out what sort of company you're dealing with when something goes wrong...

I was contacted this year and offered Wimbledon Ladies Semi final tickets of which I decided to accept and purchased a table of four, we took a client and had a fabulous day out, we were wined and dined in the Lawn Club.
I have done plenty of these events over the years and as enjoyable as they are there can sometimes be hidden terms as to what is and what is not included, I am extremely pleased to report on this occasion we were actually surprised at how much was included and the staff actually encouraging us to take advantage of the wonderful package.
I must also
must mention John Smith from Prime who made it a breeze dealing with the event, also I must comment that unlike others Prime do not constantly harass you but are there whenever you need them, thanks again John and the team.
