From ordering with Adam ,communication with Tom and Joel and fitting by Ben and Dave a first class service. Nothing was too much trouble and everything left clean and tidy. Really pleased with our doors and window and would not hesitate to recommend this company

First set of doors were dreadful
And let in water. Second set they put in seemed ok. Now a year later there is a large gap down one side where the frame has been put in incorrectly and a lot of cold air comes in. I have tried calling, emailing, messaging over several months …. No response !!! Their 10 year guarantee for doors costing £10,000 means nothing.

Court action will be next

Suffice to say do not use this company

Bifold's have broken in under a year. Customer service is non-existent. I am just being ignored.
Will have to go to a decent company & have them replaced.

Terrible company. I chose this company because at the start of the year they had some decent reviews. I started our journey in Feb 23. Paid 50% and I had a timescale which was never hit. Some stuff fitted but to an appalling standard. Promised on numerous occasions they would fix but never did. Waited for a balustrade and juliet balcony for weeks, then months having paid my final installment (with a small amount held back) but they never supplied them or fitted them even though we had paid for the items. After a total of 9 missed instal dates and complaints by me they finally stopped contacting me. I now note they are wanting money up front from people...if you want to risk it that's up to you. All I can say is i have an incomplete order, badly fitting products that don't keep the wind and the rain out and a repair bill to put things right of another £10,000. I'm sure there are companies out there offering the same products that you can rely on.

DO NOT use Prime Glazing; ordered 1 set of folding aluminum folding doors, in JULY it's now Mid October!!

We have first had a no show on the 1st install date, followed by me having to call them on the second install date, to find the doors had still not even been made!

3rd date - no show & no call. So I call them, given an assured guarantee by the Ops Manager, that they will 100% be delivered and installed on the 19th Oct tomorrow. I call them today to check the time the workmen will arrive, having taken more time off work, and suprise!!! the doors are NOT even ready!!!

They have taken payment in FULL at time of order, they have had my money for nearly 4 months, and I still have nothing to show for it, and no guarantee they will even deliver the goods!!

THEY ARE SCAMMERS! take your money, then never call you back.

Pay more and go elsewhere for a professional service, that you will be happy with. Don't get scammed like me!

We wanted some aluminium bi-folding doors we priced up Primefolds website, a rare thing nowadays to be able to get an instant price, I thought this was great. We placed an order for which we had to pay in full in advance which seemed very odd, but were assured the doors would be installed within the month. We then had our survey appointment cancelled twice and had to keep calling the office to see when a surveyor would be coming to see us. We started to worry at this point. It took 4 weeks to get a surveyer out to us. 6 weeks after handing our money over we got a rough idea for an installation date which again got cancelled and needed to arrange another date. The day before installation we received a call telling us the cill on our order had been missed off, after a lot of measuring and more phone calls it turned out the surveyor had advised the wrong cill and would not have been suitable for our installation anyway, problem resolved, they had a cill in stock that would fit. The installers arrived as agreed, I did have to lend them some tools to get the old door out and a hoover to keep the place clean, but they were good and polite workers, they did damage some of the plaster around the door, but this was expected and they did keep the damage to a minimum which we were grateful for. When the doors came out of the van to be installed we noticed they were missing the trickle vents we’d paid extra for, at this point we had no choice but to install them, or have no doors. We made a call to the office, apparently somebody who made the order missed these off too, but it was a major design issue as they are installed into the frame during manufacturing and it would change the door dimensions. We've called at least 6 times over 8 weeks, and they keep assuring they will call us back when they have found a solution, I’ve asked for the extra money back that we paid for the trickle vents and we’ll just have to accept they cocked up our order, and I still keep getting promised a return phone call. Further on though and now that we’ve had some cold weather, something must have shrunk and the door now badly catches on the frame, after looking closer, its now apparent that the frame has not been installed level and not sure how we didn't notice this earlier. Again more phone calls, but we’ve now been told to put our issues into an email. I’ve not got any confidence that we’ll have any aftercare from them going on our experience so far. Very gutted we chose them at this point and wish we’d spent our money elsewhere.

Great product at a reasonable price, received my first delivery the other day, there was a slight mix up with my glass but prime glazing recitifed it straight away. Will definitely use them again

Really beautiful product (black aluminium windows, french doors and rooflight) at a competitive price - really happy with how they look. There was an issue during installation but the whole prime team (fitter, sales team and director) were all very helpful in resolving it and we're very happy with the outcome.

Excellent all around. We needed bi-fold doors to be fitted in a 20' shipping container so not your average glazing job. Prime Glazing did an amazing job from first contact (thanks Peter), survey (thanks Sean) to delivery and installation (thanks Chris). Thank you Sonia for keeping us in the loop and to James for being on hand to lend advice.

We got bi-folds in our extension and naively we thought bi-folds would all be much of muchness... There's a huge difference in quality (and you can feel it when you try other doors).

Prime Glazing's doors are fabulous. Smooth to open (compared to others we looked at), really solid feel and a great runner/mechanism, security features on the lock...the list goes on. We went for blinds in the window (so no dusting) and they've been brilliant.

Their office was also really helpful on various options AND they were fab at co-ordinating delivery with our builders.

Here's the kicker – our builders were so impressed with the quality of the bi-folds that they switched suppliers once they installed ours. Highly recommended!
