Don’t be fooled by the staged photos or suspiciously glowing reviews. This is a glorified hostel charging four-star hotel prices. The lift was broken, there’s no air conditioning, and the room was so tiny you could barely turn around. The description is blatantly misleading. As for the staff — unprofessional and couldn’t care less. Save your money. You’ll find far better options in London.

I would have rated them zero if there was that option. A complete SCAM ! Buy from these day light robbers at your own risk ! What you see on the website is not what you get. Low is an understatement of the quality of clothes they send to you. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Such a scam! I have been trying to return a dress from the beginning of May and no response when trying to contact them.
The dress was cheap and flimsy. Awful. And now I can’t even return it.

The material was very cheap and did not fit me. I am trying to get in touch to make a return but I haven’t received a response. Do not order from this scam website!!

Ordered a dress and it’s too big and the quality isn’t the best. Contacted them on multiple occasions through email and Instagram as they won’t accept returns without approval - silence.
Clearly been scammed - avoid!

Would give 0 if it was an option.Company took over 2 weeks to deliver the item.Did not reapond to emails.Dress arrived and didn't fit (very poor quality and see through) not as pictured.
To get a refund they say that you need to email them first so it can be approved.They do not respond.I have tried 5 times now and still no response.
None of their Instagram has comments so I'm guessing they don't allow people to negatively comment and they also do not contact customers.
It's obviously a scam.Dont purchase from them.

Would give it 0 stars of I could. Ordered a dress, it came didn't suit and now the company won't reply for me to return it and get a refund. Might as well have opened the window and threw £35 out the window. No chance of getting that back now. Avoid. All over instagram but just avoid clicking the link, you'll just be disappointed
