worst experience ever... I want to request a withdrawal THE MIN IS 50$ you can see it on the site, I have 66.78 and I can't withdraw the money "Minimum withdrawal amount is 100 USD." but on the site is 50$ NOT 100$, I contacted the team 4 times on the support always the same time, they reply 1 time on email and after that bye bye.. good job THE WORST BROKER EVER STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM

Can help you they have no phone number or contact details I have sent them my back details with address and drivers licenses with photo when you upload your info for verification it gives you an option photo upload documents upload etc put when you send it it doesn’t recognise any of the format what a shit show and wast of time they must be fake as they are taking my information and still asking for more beware

i am of the age where technology doesn't always come easy. Had this experience with Bullwaves today and am grateful for the assistance of Pearl. Good clear instructions. Totally recommend.

I have one big problem to withdraw in Australia i email them but no response

I never received my payout at all and my profit was wiped out. After I tried harder to get review of my payout and my profit but all was strictly rejected by unclear criteria from complex technical in play on this admin side, and my account is blocked after exceeding dropdown due to software, with extremely quick reaction, no chance to close my trades in time. Their support is excellent, and email response is great all long.

Terrible broker, couldn’t process a £432 crypto payment within 24-48hours, slow response time. It’s been a nightmare using their services. I wouldn’t recommend them try some better fast payment and ones that deliver quick

The deposit and withdrawal never works. The page just sits in an idle. I continue to have nothing but issues with these guys. They are an affiliate to someone, otherwise there would be no way I would use them. Constant issues. Others I know have just given up and moved on to other brokers.

This is a scam company. They have a rule for every time you want to make a withdrawal with even the consistency rule with the amount of profit you have in one day and when they cannot write you off with that bullshit, they make another consistency rules with what kind of lot sizes you usewith also some sort of consistency rule and I don’t know what other excuses I’ve been hit with why they don’t want to pay me out my $17,600 and three others withdraw or canceled

So whatever you do, don’t put money in this company you will never see a dime coming out of them. I have been using it for almost 6 months and not one single payout was granted.

I change my review because even if I receive polite and fast answers from the customer service personnel, I'm still waiting for more than half of my withdrawal.
On 22 nd of May I withdrew 631€ and only 231€ arrived in my bank account which was sent via bank transfer. The other 400€ they keep saying that it was sent as a refund directly on my bank card (which is the same account).
I called my bank yesterday and they confirmed that there's no upcoming payment from them.
I start to loose hope that I'm going to see the end of this problem.... FYI: I had an initial deposit of 400€ and I withdrew 631 (which includes the profit made by trading). When I asked them why didn't they sent all the money via the same means, they said that they cannot send more than what I invested the same way...
