I am satisfied with the progress related to the Bullwaves. I have recently completed the 10k Phase 1 and 10k Phase 2 challenges. I have now entered the waiting phase for the payout process. I must say that the entire process has been very smooth, with no issues at all. This is my third review about Bullwaves Prime, as the issue still remains unresolved.

I requested my payout on January 22nd, and after many weeks there is still no proper resolution. My payout was initially kept pending and later rejected with the claim that my trading behavior “resembled an automated or semi-automated system designed to exploit volatility.”

I want to state clearly that all trades on my account were executed manually, without any Expert Advisor, bot, or automated trading software.

The only explanation I received was a generic message on Discord, stating that my trading pattern looked similar to EA-based strategies. However, no specific trades, timestamps, logs, or technical evidence were provided to support this accusation.

I have repeatedly asked for clarification, including:
• the exact rule that was allegedly violated
• the specific trades that triggered this decision
• technical evidence proving automated execution

Despite these requests and their stated 24–48 hour support response time, I have not received any meaningful explanation.

Payout Pending Over 14 Business Days – No Clear Timeline

I submitted a payout request of $6,000 on February 9, 2026 after meeting all trading requirements and targets. According to Bullwaves’ own stated process, payouts should be reviewed within 3–7 business days.

As of today, more than 14 business days have passed, and I have still not received a clear update, explanation, or estimated completion date from support regarding the status of my payout. I personally reviewed my account, and there were fewer than 20 trades, so the review workload is small.

Multiple follow-ups have resulted only in reminders being sent internally, with no direct confirmation from the reviewing or compliance team. I have not been informed of any rule violation.

I am posting this review to share my experience and to urge Bullwaves to provide transparency and a definite timeline for payouts.

I will update this review if the payout is finally processed or a clear explanation is provided.
