I would recommend this to anyone, it's not that hard if you put your mind to it. It's given me the kick start I needed and helped me change my frame of mind. I'm on day 9 and lost 4 kgs so far.

Not a diet but great detox for a sluggish system
Aloe does taste awful so drink with water, lots of ice and a splash of sugar free cordial. Does what is sets out though. Thorough cleanse of inside and out. Some weight loss but more feeling better, energetic and lighter.

Absolutely fantastic! Although I couldn't exercise quite as much as I would have liked (arthritis) I lost 10.5lbs and 6 inches!! Would recommend this to anyone. It's healthy cleansing and I never felt hungry at all. Thanks!!

I would recommend using this company. They provide excellent service. I ordered cleanse 9, there was a delay in delivery but when I emailed it was resolved very quickly and professionally and was compensated for my inconvenience.
