Terrible company to deal with won’t answer the telephones won’t reply to emails been waiting for a refund now which has never come avoid at all cost

Not sure how things go when everything is OK but needed to correct a spelling mistake in my address emailed atleast 8 times. Not one reply and still waiting 7 months later for a reply, never received the items. There is no way of cancelling orders or postponing through their site, just have to go down the credit card route. Be aware they trade under several different names, at the time of my purchase was it was -- https: //zanettioffcial

Do not buy from this terrible company. I bought a pair of shoes in May 2025. They do not fit and the quality is very poor. Customer service are a waste of time, I am still waiting for a refund 8 months later. Need the Registered office for legal action.

I ordered 1 Ralph Lauren Dress with a bag as an extra gift. They offered a second, I refused. They took a second payment from my creditcard anyway (without additionele consent). I contacted them (for the 2nd Dress) and the reply was slow and insufficiënt. Then the website went offline for weeks. I did receive 2 totally fake polyester dresses you can buy on Chinese sites, not the bags. Recently I received an e-mail. I can fill in a refund document where I have to state too much Personal information. Scam!! I would advice NOT to buy here EVER!!

This company shouldn't be trading
Spent over £100 for reduced boss trainers received some pvc shxx from china worth less than shxx
Do not touch them
How they managed to rip people off for so long fraudently dishonestly illegally is beyond me
As usual no redress no police no trading standards

I made an order 28.7.25
Some how I had another item with my order that I didn't order but was added when I purchased the top and shorts.
The items came, quality horrendous, didn't fit but were also very cheap .....cost me nearly £80
I've tried on many occasions to contact this place for refund.....no one reply, telephone number no recognised
I guess I'll never hear from them as it's obvious they are dodgy con artists! Hopefully one day they'll get their comeuppance

I bought a pair of Boss trainers and two Boss polo shirts on 06/04/25. All items were too small. I have sent several emails asking for a refund but have so far had no joy. At first they replied to my emails but the last one was sent two weeks ago with no response.
This appears to be a scam company out to rip you off.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I bought a pair of hugo boss trainer's and when they were delivered i opened the parcel and found a pair of plastic pvc cheap trainers that looked nothing like the ones i had bought.i have been trying to return them for the past two months with no success, every time i email i dont get an answer so i would be very careful when buying anything on this web site. Now after reading the company's latest reviews i would encourage people not to be fooled and robbed of your money never to use this web site.

Do not use this site it is a con. I did not get the shoes I ordered, the wrong ones were eventually sent and to top it off they were the wrong size. After several emails I still have not got a replacement or refund. I am left with the wrong shoes that I cannot even ware and lost my money.

This company is a rip off meant to send boss trainers instead it's days ger on it. Absolutely disgusting they shouldnt be allowed to sell anything iv looked at the reviews anf alot if people have had the same issue! They are robbing people il be reporting them to teasing standards

Absolute con ..... web site is slick and believable but the products are poor quality rubbish..buy one get one free polo shirt £40 not worth £2 for both ..straight in the bin can't be bothered dealing with this company for a refund....do your self a favour and stay away ...

Really poor service, ordered trainers 2 weeks ago, still not arrived and no reply to my emails, not great customer service.
I wouldn't buy from them again and I would encourage those thinking of doing not too!

I purchased 2 polo shirts for my son and paid extra for delivery to be expedited
I have still not received same no one is replying to my emails the customer services tel no is stating no l8bger available and the tracking no is non void as well
Definitely never order from here again
