While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Prime Bridge Funding is Direct Funding Now

Prime Bridge funding is the overseas call center used by Direct Funding Now to obscure their identity in an attempt to derail private and regulatory accountability.

If you have been receiving phone calls from Prime Bridge Funding, You have legal standing to claim up to $500 per phone call as stipulated under 47 U.S.C. §227(b). The court, in its discretion may treble the damages to $1,500 per phone call if they find evidence of willfulness. I have that evidence, should you require it.

If you are on the national do not call list or have requested to them that they stop calling you, and they continue to call you, that's an additional and separate violation, 47 U.S.C. §227(c) for which you may be entitled to another $500, or $1,500 should the court find willfulness. I have the evidence of willfulness.

You can view the evidence. Google "who is really behind the calls from prime bridge funding" and you will see the direct chain of evidence you require to pursue statutory damages potentially owed to you.

There is no company in the United States called Prime Bridge Funding. This is just the overseas call center for Direct Funding Now.

I suspect Direct Funding Now hired the overseas call center with the intent to violate federal law and evade enforcement.

If you wish to build a TCPA claim against direct funding now, I will freely and lawfully share my evidence with you.

The only way to get spammers to stop calling you is to take their money. I promise!

Harassment, Illegal Phone Outreach, SPAM company

This company is violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act using illegal phone outreach tactics outsourcing to a call center that refuses to add me to the DNC list or remove my contact information from their system. They continue to harass me for months now sometimes calling +5 times/day even though I've told them a hundred times that I do not own a business, I am not the "john", have zero interest in their services, and to add me to the DNC list.

The people on the phone are rude, hide information about their company, refuse to connect me with a manager, and continue to harass me calling all of the time from local area codes and Spam numbers.
