I ordered a tiller from them (or this guy). From the beginning, it wouldn't hold a calibration for longer than 2 days. Sometimes it would lose calibration within minutes of calibrating it (both via Windows and in-game cal). I reached out to him, and he had unlimited excuses and blamed my system or my understanding of the setup. He was not helpful at all. I've had the tiller for over a month and have had nothing but issues with it. BEWARE!

I ordered a tiller from Primecockpits eduardohbm at hotmail.com it was a total scam he takes your money then gives you months of excuses as to why he hasn’t sent anything. Then he just stops responding I believe his plan is to drag things on for 6 months so as to be unable to request a refund from PayPal. I know of at least 6 others that he has scammed.

Beware Eduardo is a conman!

J’ai commandé un tiller airbus 320 sur primecockpits.com. Le paiement via paypal a été instantané avec une annonce de livraison sous 15 jours.
Les problèmes ont alors commencés. Non respect du délai de 15 jours de livraison. J’ai alors demandé un point au vendeur. Pas de réponse puis après relance le vendeur prétexte un problème de ma messagerie (qui marche parfaitement avec tous mes autres contacts), puis que l’envoi n’était pas possible car les douanes françaises interdiraient l’envoi de colis depuis le brésil avant que ce pays atteigne au moins 70% de vaccinés, un grand n’importe quoi.
Je demande alors un total remboursement. Le vendeur m’a tout d’abord demandé de le faire via son site (mais mon compte n’était plus reconnu) puis par paypal mais le paiement ayant fait il n’est plus possible de demander une annulation. J’ouvre alors une réclamation Paypal. Le vendeur décrète alors qu’il ne remboursera qu’à la fin du délai de réclamation. J’attends encore 15 jours et finalement j’ouvre un contentieux auprès de paypal. Mon argent a été bloqué 8 smeaines.
Site et vendeur à fuir. Situation inacceptable et malhonnête.

I ordered a A320 tiller on primecockpits.com webiste. Paypal Payment was immediate with a 15 days delivery announcement.

Then problems started. No 15 days delivery as expected. Then I asked vendor the situation : No answer. I asked again and I was answered that my email didn’t work (so that it works perfectly for any other contact) then that dispatch was not possible because of covid restriction (the vendor told me that to dispatch to my country, customs required a minimal 70% Covid vaccination in Brazil… the worst excuse we can heard).
I asked a total refund. First the vendor told me that I had to do it on its website (but my account wasn’t no more known) then I had to ask for a refund via paypal (impossible without initiating a dispute). The vendor not wanting to refund, I opened a paypal claiming. Vendor mailed that he will wait the last moment of paypal deadline claiming to refund. I waited two more weeks, and open a paypal dispute. My money was finally held by the vendor during 7 weeks.
This situation is absolutely unacceptable and dishonest.

Flee away this site and vendor.
