Company conveyed professionalism
Company conveyed professionalism, communication and courtesy. Gave parameters for tracking purchase (a couple to choose from) and informed customer of variables that MIGHT influence delivery time. While tracking in India was about a five day wait, e-mail were answered promptly and professionally. Tracking improved, markedly, when package arrived at the last India station for transport to the USA. They did what they said they would DO- I most certainly WILL do business with them again.
