Rubbish. Sickness waiting in Manchester T2 baggage hall watching other handlers have the bags on the carousel in minutes. Regularly wait over a hour before the first bag comes through the curtain.
EXCEPTIONAL customer service at Aberdeen Primeflight Baggage desk!!
For the past two weeks my wife and I have had an absolute nightmare trying to locate her missing luggage ( KLM ..NEVER AGAIN! - 2nd consecutive trip they lost her bag).
We've been driven to the brink by ignored emails, lack of information, buck-passing by KLM and their agents.
It's been bad...really bad.
And then we experience Aberdeen Primeflight Baggage services...relief at last! Fast , professional, informative response. Follow-up email to reassure us that the bag is found and on the way to us. SO impressed! Superb service!
Give those folks a raise Primeflight...they've done you proud 😄
