Owner (SIMON MEREDITH) doesn't pay suppliers! AVOID WORKING WITH THESE

The owner Simoin Meredith is a conman - he may offer a good service but he DOES NOT PAY the hauliers he uses. Numerous CCJs are lodged against this man for non payment of 10s of thousands yet he brazenly flaunts his personal wealth. He needs jailed for fraud, removed from any directorship & made to sell his assets to pay people he owes

Great customer service from both the office team and their drivers. Both collections and deliveries on time, and updates received throughout the whole process. Highly recommended.

A very helpful and responsive company who made what I expected to be a problematic transport problem into a pleasant experience.

We had a bespoke unit to be shipped from America which had to be done within a strict time frame. Simon and Natasha from Primefreight were invaluable in the process of getting this shipped into the UK and delivered to site. Swift to respond to any queries and working on our behalf to solve any issues we faced along the way. We would not have managed to get this item delivered in any reasonable time if it wasn’t for them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The team Kelly, Leah, Natasha and Morven work really well together, nothing seems to be to much trouble for them.
Always quick to come back with a quote for the work we want covering and surprisingly they are always very competitive.
We haven't had any issues with the service they provide and all the girls are very polite and seem very happy in their work.

I cannot say a bad word about prime freight
Nothing is ever a bother for Kelly and I know she is always on hand whenever I have a tricky delivery to make. She makes the experience easy, and I know I do not need to worry about the delivery once booked.

We used Primefreight for the first time last week! I had a shipment that we needed to get to Newcastle and Primefreight delivered (literally) and were by far the most competitive on price and very helpful. Kelly is lovely, super helpful and she even sent me a little gift as a thank you for using them. (Thank you Kelly) They will definitely be the first haulage company I will call when I need to get goods delivered up & down the country. Would definitely recommend them.
