Prime jackets.com is the worst. I ordered a jacket from them and it said it would arrive in 7-10 days. Days after the 10th day I get an email saying it is delayed. The shipment says that the item is in Pakistan. 5 days later I get another email saying the plane that is supposed to transport my item was experiencing mechanical issues and would be delayed even longer. A month goes by and I finally receive my item and the quality and color are terrible. The color doesn’t not look anywhere near the site. I ask for a refund and we go back and forth over several days finally I settled on a refund of 80% of what I paid for that item. The worst.

Bought a Detroit lions hoodie and what I received was junk. Tried to return it and they wanted to negotiate the price. Only got back 70%. Hoodie was wrong color, 💩 material. Don’t buy from here.
Third world junk.

Far as I can see this company and his customer service is on point when you have a problem they get right direct to the problem I like that and I will continue to do business thank you a lot yours truly customer

I purchased a New Jersey Devils Stadium series jacket, when it arrived it didn't fit. The staff at Prime Jackets was helpful and arranged a refund immediately. They were professional and showed tremendous concern for my disappointment that the item did not fit.

The team at Prime Jackets was really helpful. I purchased the jacket as a gift and the recipient needed a different size. Prime made the exchange process very easy for me and I was able to get help quickly and easily. I really liked the quality of the jacket and I will be purchasing 2 more as additional gifts.

While the two jackets I ordered were different from the description (trademarks not the same), they responded to my efforts to return the jackets and to receive a refund.

The pants and jacket both fit nicely. The color is spot on what we were looking for, and the material feels light enough that I won't overheat during our summer wedding.

Customer service responded quickly when I reached out about a water spot on the lapel. They addressed the issue professionally and promptly.

The 5 stars is for their customer service. Even though the jacket did not fit, they made the return swift and easy. I think they should revise their sizing chart to actual American sizes.. lol
