Ordered 3 weeks ago to the US. Shipment got stuck and sent back to the UK. Reached out to their email and got a response from Sarah saying it was still on the way and they can’t do anything. I responded as the tracking was updated and marked delivered back to uk and no response. Fully ghosted me and does not seem to care about me never receiving the package. It’s been over 10 days and no response from them. Very disappointing
