subscriptions taken without my knowledge

I and not aware and did not intentionally set up a subscription with Primepdf but noticed that 2 monthly subscription had be taken from my account for £29.99. I do not know what services I am supposed to have received .A further 2 subscriptions had be take for £-0.50 had been taken making 3 subscriptions for March 2026. I have tried to cancel my subscription and ask for a refund but haven't had any conformation that this has actually taken place.

Scam scam scam

Scam scam scam. I paid for the conversion of 1 document into pdf (cost €1) - via paypal. I checked in my subscriptions that I had not signed up by mistake for any longterm commitment. I also made sure that I had no emails regarding some kind of longterm contract.
A week later I get charged via my paypal for €29.99. How did you manage to wriggle a subscription out of me, completely invisible and sneaky? I never signed up for this, nor was I informed of it. Yet another pdf provider who scams the hell out of people. Consumer law is non-existent. Give me my money back!
