The service was disappointing, and I would not use this company again.

We paid for a deep cleaning. The team was booked for 10:30 but arrived more than an hour late. Two cleaners, they started in the kitchen, where they spent a significant amount of time on their phones. They even did their personal call on speaker, which was completely disrespectful - I had to move to another floor just to take my own call.

Only around 15:30 did they move on to the rest of the house (5 bedrooms), while the flooring was still unfinished and several areas had been missed. I pointed out missed areas such as a kitchen cabinet and a toilet, but there is a limit to how much a customer should have to chase. The purpose of hiring this service was to make life easier so I could focus on my baby, not to supervise cleaners.

After 18:00, despite the work not being completed and without checking my satisfaction, they were already packed. We then had to clean missed areas ourselves.

The company offered to send another team at no cost, but I had already wasted an entire day of work for them and was not willing to waste more time. We asked for a partial refund to reflect the work, but this was declined.

Ruined 2 sets if curtains . Shrunk the 2 pairs completely creased. Staff could not speak a word of English. Supposed to deep clean pelmet hoovered them for less than a minute. Totally dismissed my concerns , would never like anyone else to experience this shameless ,i have pictures to prove this ,curtains very expensive now thanks to prime pro ruined

They came on time. They were polite, excellent at their work. Showed professionalism. 10 out of 10 recommendation. I would definitely work with them again.

Honestly, really happy with the service. The team turned up on time, were friendly and just got on with the job. They didn’t rush it and the place looked so much better after – proper attention to detail.
