It is not working in ok the printer. Error message says “Cartridge Invalid” it’s Black #31021 I have #31020 which is colored and it works fine This is a Primera Trio printer

I tried it and got no results. Computer continually says "Out of Ink" despite the fact that I just put in new Black Ink Cartridge. Then I switch to a Color Cartridge and everything works fine with the Color Cartridge.
