Great preview of Primera's Customer Service!

I spoke to a very nice lady, Katie {?}, asking a LOT of questions about Eddie. She very patiently answered all and was so personable about it! That's to be since when I get printer & order labels

Was able to the printer and cartridge that I needed to complete the projects that coming up shortly, with help from two different agent, that gave me the same information.
