The pilot on my flight from Denmark…

The pilot on my flight from Denmark spoke only Danish! What made it even worse is that one of the flight attendants clearly only spoke English so there is no way she was understanding the captain. This was a first for me and ridiculously unacceptable.

Dragging things out

I think the e-mail correspondance speaks for it self!

17. maj 2018 kl. 14.59 e-mail from Primera Airlines Claims department:

Dear passenger,

Thank you for your e-mail!

Please be informed that all relevant information for transfer of compensation is sent to our accounting department. Please note that it may take up to 15 weeks for passengers to receive the transfer.

15 weeks!? Are you flipping kidding me?
Are you seriously joking, or are you actually stating that it will take you 8+15 weeks to pay us compensation you are legally binded to pay us?

This is not acceptable and I will make a formal complaint and give you bad review on trustpilot and Facebook. This is not due to “a lot of claims at the moment”. This is just dragging out things on purpose!
