Not recommended. Customer service via WhatsApp is unresponsive, imprecise and unreliable. Initial setup and functionality for approximately 16 months was acceptable, with 4 to 6 hours downtime on 2 separate occasions. I ended my subscription when the service went down for over 4 days with no explanation, responses delayed by over 12 hours and then a request to renew when my subscription had 9 days left.
Great long-term service experience
I have been using this service for several years and the connection has always been very stable and reliable. Around 10 months ago I decided to purchase a two-year subscription, as I had previously renewed it one year at a time without any problems and felt confident in the quality and stability of the service.
This week I experienced an interruption and initially assumed the service had been shut down, which was frustrating given that I still had most of my subscription period remaining. However, the support team later got back to me with a new server URL, and once updated everything worked again. Even if replies are not always the same day, they do follow up and provide a working solution when needed.
Based on my long-term experience, I remain very satisfied with the service and can confidently recommend it.

I ended up paying $40 USD in fees on a payment platform because of incorrect instructions. They did not want to help me afterward, so I gave up.

I would strongly advise against using this service. After making a payment, they activated the service for just a few days, but it was plagued with constant issues and buffering. Suddenly, the service stopped working altogether.
When I reached out to them for help, no one replied. The money I paid is now gone, and I'm left with nothing. This is a complete scam, they take your money, give you a subpar service for a short time, and then completely ignore you when the service stops working.
Stay away from this service!

I have done the payment via a payservice call wert, i show them the proof of payment but they never send me the link. Don't give them money they are stealers
False advertising.
IPTV service is good and works fine most of the time. I prefer a service that offers catch up and even though these guys advertise "catch up", the feature does not work. It is March and I have been in contact since Dec where they say they are working on it. Still, the feature does not work. No time shift or catch up even though they list it as a feature.

Payment issue - no refund I am out $156
I ordered the service, the transaction went through a Crypto service called WERT. I received confirmation of payment from Wert and then an email from this provider. I was never provided codes. I worked with this provider via email for days. I then followed up with WERT who provided the full summary of the transaction, which I forwarded on to this provider... Crickets I am out around $156 US could not get a refund. Now I am not saying they stole from me on purpose but their ordering system is deeply flawed so I would like to warn others, this is not the IPTV service you are looking for.
Since my review support did finally sort out my order, it was a bit frustrating, but I have to give them credit they did not just ignore me, they did try to be helpful. Now that I have the service it is alright, mainstream movie channels and sports seem to work well. Minimal 7/24 channels. I have changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars.
Good IPTV supplier, good service
Overall, I have found the service to be satisfactory.
Like all IPTV services, Salto is not perfect, but I do find it to be better than most of the others I’ve tried.
Support has been great when I needed it and reasonably quick to respond.
The streams are usually pretty solid, but occasionally, some buffering again to be expected during certain premium live viewing events, such as a recent boxing match :-)
For newbies to IPTV I always recommend going one month at a time until you find a service that works for you. I started with the 24 hour trial and it worked well so I subscribed for a month. Two days ago I renewed my subscription.
As long as the service remains useable and the support remains available, I will be staying with Salto.

8 months in, the service is down for multiple hours, happens every week if not days. Really disappointed with the unresponsive service via WhatsApp. When it works, it's ok, buffering quite a bit unexpectedly (especially in live events, sports games and F1 races).

Pleased with Customer Service
I just renewed for my second subscription. The customer service was extremely helpful. The person worked through any issues in a responsive and patient manner and worked me through what I had to do on my end. I am pleased with the service overall, to the point where I renewed for three additional months.

The only reason why I gave 1 star was because I couldn't get any lower. Terrible service and customer support is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Buffers 75% of the time and can't get a refund.SUCKS!

Mostly garbage channels - Indian/Arabic, no UK/US series of interest. Had to get another provider (that works fine, although these clowns keep telling my my hardware (A-Sticks) can't handle their large channel list of garbage.)
