Home purchase during pandemic

Perhaps our situation was a little unique in that it occurred during the COVED-19 pandemic, we have not had a mortgage in 15 years, and have not gone through the process of obtaining a mortgage and purchasing a home in 28 years. We are also retired with a pension and social security being our sources of income.
Our intent was to secure a short term mortgage with the option of refinancing after selling our home, and minimizing the impact of purchasing a home to our savings. One of the many new concepts Jesse introduced was Recasting a loan, which could prove to be extremely beneficial.
Jesse Vollmer did a wonderful job of educating us, Making us aware of options, enabling us to make an offer to purchase a home, coaching us through the process, and in securing a loan. Due to the pandemic, this was achieved without actually meeting Jessie.

Great team to work with!

Jessie was efficient, fully transparent, and knowledgeable about the ins and outs for us to get our home loan! I felt confident throughout the process and he was direct in what needed to be done making me a list easy to follow of my role in the process! He always returned my calls quickly and made us aware of any potential obstacles that could come up to prepare us! I would highly recommend Jessie and his team!!
