Very poor communication & carriage
Placed an order for nearly £1000 of toolbox modules.
Yet after three, nearly four working days and only after reaching out myself did I get an update.
A small number of items in my order are on backorder, which is understandable and cannot fault.
What I can fault however is the fact I had to reach out for an update, furthermore that despite my reaching out, stating the urgency (which they acknowledged) they proceed to despatch what they had only after a further two more emails. It was subsequently shipped with no notice of what carrier (rural address so likely have to chase carrier) but further, it was done so with second class (slow) carriage.
Would not recommend, the delivery and communication is appalling. Poorest service I've seen in a company in a long time
