One big scam, will not let me withdraw.
Please be warned, this company seems to be very dodgy.
I deposited using my card and made a few trades, I then went to withdraw but did not have enough funds in my account to meet the minimum withdrawal and was told by support to deposit MORE money and then I would be able to withdraw. I did this using another card and attempted to withdraw, a few hours later I received an email saying the withdrawal had failed as the name on the card did not match (the name on my card was my initials and surname, exactly the same as on file). So I then attempted to withdraw to the other card I had on file, again this failed and was not given a reason, the name on this card matched exactly. I was told by support to maybe try depositing more money using a DIFFERENT card (you can only withdraw to a card that you have deposited with) and then trying again (more 5% withdrawal commission for them) I refused to do this. They said maybe in the distant future they will allow bank transfers and that would be the only option. They allowed me to deposit with BOTH cards without a single problem no name issues, then surprise surprise I am unable to withdraw. I expect a response and a solution otherwise I will be filing a chargeback for both deposits with my banks.
This is totally unacceptable and one big scam.

Of course, being affordable isn’t the only benefit of trading with primexbt… But to me, being able to start with 10 USD, using VOLET means a lot. Btw, spreads are good, too.

PRIMEXBT LITERALLY STOLE MY MONEY
this exchange LITERALLY stole my money. i deposited 1000$ to this exchange, i traded it and made around 1724$ i tried to withdraw this balance and it got declined and they just deleted 717$ from my account and allowed me to withdraw only the remaining 1008 usdt.

PrimeXBT shenanigans
I moved to PrimeXBT because of the good reviews I found here. But after losing half of my investment balance I realized that PrimeXBT lowered my equity both when I had a losing trade AND every profitable trade. I asked them how on earth I could have a profitable trade but have my equity drop, and they acted like I did not even ask that but answered a distraction question I did not ask. Now that I move off and over to BYBIT I am now building my equity again. But there is nothing I can do to get my money back from 2 months of trading. Beware!!!
