They cannot support their own product…

They cannot support their own product because it is not theirs.This company claims to be the developer of this script, but it is actually a rebranded copy of an existing Chinese application. This became completely obvious when they attempted to install it on my managed dedicated server. Their support team was completely clueless and literally said they "do not know how" to configure or install it. Because they did not build the software themselves, they lack the basic technical knowledge to support it. The service leaves a lot to be desired. Do not buy from them if you need professional software and real technical support.
