Excellent Customer Service

Okay our experience was good

Okay our experience was good! Promo print is really nice! They have amazing customer service the only issue I had was that they printed one of the cards off the center sadly and so they’re a bit unusable. It’s okay because they told us it might happen but everything else was so perfect

Great customer service

My initial experience with customer service was excellent. The next person I interacted with made it seem like they were doing me a favor by making sure that my print job would look good.

What I received was very disappointing given what I paid for this service. The print quality was comparable to inkjet printing. If I add the cost of the print job to the exorbitant shipping fee, I realize that I would have gotten a better, and more economical, result by using my laser printer, heavy cardstock, and my paper cutter.

I'm going to use what I received from Primoprint, but I won't be using this service again.

UPDATE: After I posted my initial review, a customer service rep from Primoprint very patiently explained the difference between digital printing and offset printing, and showed me where I missed this information when I made my initial order. Primoprint also gave me a credit towards a future order, even though my issue was basically my mistake. I was quite pleased with my second order from Primoprint and will use their services again in the future.

Upon review, the person you interacted with was our File Processor. Our Files Processing Team is in place to advise customers when they submit files that are not print-ready, are sized incorrectly, have improper bleed, and many other issues that can compromise the outcome of the job. I apologize if you felt like he was "doing you a favor," but the very nature of the job is to alert clients when their files are set up incorrectly for print. They take great pride in their position at Primo and act in the best interest of all clients. We will only send files to print that are print-ready, and they did not feel these files were.

Regarding the print quality of the cards, we have a Quality Assurance Team that will review any issues a client has with their cards. All clients can submit a Quality Assurance ticket directly through the client dashboard. We work with all customers to try and find a solution to orders deemed to have an issue. Our Quality Assurance Team will contact you today to review your concerns.

The only complaint I have is that my grey background came out darker than I intended and was much closer to black. Other than tat everything came out great. The templates really helped and made making sure the design layout was correct.
