I have been waiting for my order for more than 2 weeks now and no one from customer service is replying me. I have emailed them thrice. There is no contact number to reach support, I have bought products worth 200 euros, and Im not sure anymore if Im ever going to receive my stuff

I ordered something 5 days ago, and on the website it shows that my order is still being prepared... for 5 days it doesn't show that the order is being prepared or being shipped... the transaction was made from the beginning, to extract the amount of money from my account, but it always appears the same on the website...I am not at all satisfied and would like a refund!!!

Me ha gustado mucho EUCERIN Protector Solar Facial Hydro Protect Ultra-Light Fluis SPF 50+ porque es super ligero, huele muy bien y se absorbe bastante rápido y bien. No te deja brillos en la cara, pero al pasar unas cuantas horas si se siente como empiezan a salir brillos. Por lo que habría que lavarse la cara y volver a aplicar.

Good service. I was visiting Malaga yesterday and bought two perfumes on sale in one of the stores in town. However, when I got home and looked at their website, I discovered that I paid almost 17€ more than the sale prices on the website..
I am flying home this Sunday and cant find any information if I can go to another store, closer to where I am staying, and get the difference back.. or somehow any other way.

Its January 2024 and my order from November 2023 never arrived, there was never a shipment information and they have not answer my tickets. I would never buy from them!

I was recently in the Grand VIA location and the assistant on the bottom floor was unprofessional and refused to check me out because one of their items was not barcoded. When asked if she could fi d It she stated it's not her problem and if I want I can go to the top floor and look for it and then get back in line. Management did not help the situation and refused to provide her name . Her rude demeanor and lack of client service at such a pivotal location is truly astonishing

I placed an order on 01/12/23. The order was dispatched on 07/12/23 after I issued a customer helpline inqueiry. I still have not received my order and there is no available date for a delivery. Two parcels from China have arrived meanwhile, but not the one from Spain. So much for the estimated 5 days delivery time. The customer support line does not answer to the complaints, by the way. I would like a refund,ideally.

I had a very bad experience buying online.
I have ordered some products online on the 6th of November. On the 15th still didn't receive anything I have sent an email to Primor to ask about my order. They replied that I have to check with transports agency, fair. On the 20th still didn't receive anything, because the packet was broken. So instead that primor inform me or whatever, no they are just ignoring me. So I always have to ask, okay now that is broken, will you meke a refund, they said yes, until today the 28th I haven't received anything and none is answering to my emails.
I would never buy from people, the worst service ever. Prices are low but client service is 0.

But first I need my money back!!!!!!

I bought a perfume that had no smell. It seemed fake.
I returned to request for a refund. They admitted that it had no smell but told me it was a default from the brand (i.e. CHLOE). They didn't give me my money back. Furthermore, they gave me a voucher. Conclusion: no perfume and the money stay with them!

Stop selling fake perfume to holiday makers ripping people of for 95 Euros should be coco chanel mademoiselle purfum smells of nothing oh just checked bach code with chanel IS CHANAL BUT IT WAS MADE IN 2001 /2003 got in shop in Benalmadena Spain (Arroyo) Avd. Constitution, 6 arroyo de la miel

It,s weird,no perfume i tested lasted more than 3 hrs on skin.can it be fake?also atomizer testers r spraying weird,like fakes prerfumes does..donno what to think,but 80%seems fake to me,with alot alcohol!sad!

I order 2 items at a same time but they deliver only one which is cheaper and another one they didn’t deliver which is expensive than they deliver i mail so many times but didn’t response it’s been a more than one month but still they didn’t response

First order went well (spring 2023). Second order (summer 2023) is a total disaster. I've sent out 3 inquires during 2 weeks to customer service and I got 1 answer that really was not useful at all. I have been waiting for my parcel for almost 3 weeks, 70 EUR is gone and I have NO IDEA where the parcel is. Hire more people, don't promote discounts and fast delivery when you cannot manage it!

BE CAREFUL they do not have any customer services, emails for confirmation never arrived, fortunately I got my things..

I ordered online and one product is missing when I received it. I reached out to customer support through the website TWICE and no answer.

Terrible customer it’s been a week I ordered and the tracking website just shows it’s been registered only for 5 days . This website is a scam . I didn’t check the reviews. Hope to get my product. . Terrible shopping experience for first time .
