Efficient service, regular updates given, excellent value

I ordered number plates from Primo and the plates were delivered 2 days later. I had to wait on my V5C form from DVLA and I spoke to Primo customer services and they were very polite to me. My V5C form arrived on Thursday 4th November and I posted it to Primo. I received an email and text from them the next day to tell me my transfer had been completed and I could fit my number plates. Very good service and I had no problem with any of the people I spoke to so I would use them again.

I cannot fault the service I received from Primo Registrations. Easy to use and clear website, with everything fully explained and costed along the way. I had my new number plates in my hand less than 24 hours after completing the transaction, and the full documentation to make the transfer myself a day later. Primo were good at keeping me updated, sending a confirmation text at each stage of the process. Excellent job and one happy customer!

Application process I found difficult at the later stage. I provided information of vehicle and year, it turns out I ticked an incorrect box ( my fault) and received the wrong size registration plate. After contacting company and spending 100s of £££s I was told YOUR OWN FAULT basically. Which I accept it may have been partly but surely as a company given the year and model of car you too knew what was required and sizing!
Awful attitudes from customer services and will never recommend this company to anyone.
Shame considering to solve probably cost you a few ££s instead of Charging more to myself!!

I searched and found a suitable number, I paid for the plate/certificate and within 2 weeks the number plate and transfer certificate had arrived, I went online as instructed by Primo and transferred the number, No problems at all.

Excellent customer service, straight forward, immediate response and a truly trouble free transaction. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to purchase a private plate.

Brilliant experience of buying a number plate from Primo Reg. I ordered the plate on the Wednesday, by the Friday I received the plates and a few days later the certificate. I completed the transfer online with DVLA this morning and put the new plates on the car. Within 7 days from start to finish. Excellent process and they keep you up to date with emails and texts once your plates and certificate are dispatched. Highly recommended and I shall be using them again in the future. Thank you.

Really easy to buy and arrived very fast. Normally with third party companies they either charge more or they take forever. With primo i am actually really happy with its service the price is same as dvla plus a price for plates printed but that is hassle free finding a place or even going out if have no time.
