Better late than never......
My order was held by the carrier due to a wrong address. I thought I had made a mistake, but when I checked, I had not. The shipper failed to include part of the address. I called customer service and they were absolutely great. They fixed the issue and my order arrived 3 days late. Customer service was great, but we are all measured by the entire process. Thank you to customer service for picking up the shipper’s slack. I remain a Primos customer.

Cant beat Primos Hunting products!
I have purchased several pot calls, box calls, mouth calls and many more products from Primos and every single one has been outstanding! After a little bit of practice and watching their tutorial videos I’ve been calling in Turkey and Elk with ease cause of primos amazing products. I will always buy primos products before any other.
