Bought a kitchen tap (köksblandare) and soap dispenser for my new kitchen 9 months ago.
Soap dispenser rusted after 7m so I now get dirty rust stained soap. Then after 9 months it broke completely.
The tap sprung a leak after 9m which by some miracle I spotted after 10 mins so disaster avoided. Apparently something worked loose in the tap, fixable but surely a bad design as what’s preventing a repeat?
Nice design, awful build quality… avoid like the plague.
Save yourself money and hassle and buy a reputable maker such as Gustavsberg, FM Grohe etc.
I’ve have now replaced Primy with a quality maker Grohe, I only wish I had done this from the start.
