Untrustworthy

Entirely untrustworthy in my experience. Arranged to view a car back in December and placed a refundable deposit (the refundable nature of the deposit was mentioned in the car ad and confirmed over the phone). When I arrived the vehicle (a black BMW 2 Series Active Tourer) was not in the condition described so I did not complete the purchase and was assured the refund for my deposit would be processed later that day. After a few weeks I still had not received my refund and began a mediation process through the AA, during this mediation process P Cars LTD t/a Prince Motors confirmed via email that they would refund my deposit, however another month later I still had not received my refund. I have since made a small claim against the business which the courts have made a judgement by default in my favour as Prince Motors have failed to respond so now have a CCJ against them requiring them to repay the debt they owe. I am still yet to receive my money back close to 4 months later.

I would not trust them with deposits and after my experience I would not be confident they were conducting business in good faith.

AVOID! Dishonest charlatans

went to view a jeep. Travelled from scotland, when i got there, it was nothing like what was advertised!
Reckon it was photoshopped. Sratches, dents on outside, like a pigsty on the inside. As soon as I turned on the ignition, a 'replace oil' alert showed. Took it for a drive anyways.. the guy said "well the heaters work good huh" ... yeah, they did, but filled the interior with smell of burning oil!! unbelievable. I asked about the warranty ( it's stated 18 months on their site) he said.. "18 months if you buy today, 12 if you dont" Eh??... Then, they also state that all cars are fully serviced before purchase.. so, I asked "has it been fully serviced? guess what... he said "NO" ... I had a level of trust as the pics were right beside a sign that stated that "we abide by AA standards. umm, NO THEY DON'T!! The office and showroom were filthy!.. Glad I walked away as I don't even trust them to give a warranty, and, I suspect, once they got your money, it's gone! you aint getting it back! Don't go near this place or you will be sorry!!
