We were very happy with the service provided by Melissa Owen - she was very helpful and kept us well informed through a painful process. When the case eventually landed up in court, Melissa found a great barrister to represent us and the claim was settled in our favour. Thanks for everything Melissa!

Its the person not the company
I was only involved with Principia law because the insurers of a person who hit my car would not pay a hire company for the use of a car whilst mine was being mended.The debt was to the company and not to me so I was a reluctant party to this whole episode. Initilly my contact with Principia law was very poor, I rarely had the same contact person,was often asked for information which had already been sent to another person and felt that my position as the completely innocent party was not understood nor of any interest. However, in the last few months after Mr Aman Mir took over contact has been excellent, he was professional, patient, understanding and effecient. he kept me informed, listened to my endless complaining about none of this being fair and solved the issue without me having to go to court. So my last memory of Principia Law is very positive.

Helpful and supportive
Written legal language can be intimidating and unnerving - even when you are involved in an accident which was not your fault, as I was!- but everyone on the Principia team was helpful and reassuring. Emails and phone calls were promptly answered and I felt supported throughout. Thank you.

The whole process, from start to finish was very simple. The few questions I had were answered very promptly and I was kept updated regularly during the claim. I know that having to take legal action can be a very stressful and lengthy process. However the way Principa dealt with my case made it seem simple.
