Failed to honour a Canon warranty and blamed Brexit. Pathetic excuse from a frankly pathetic company. Expected better after spending many thousands over the years.

Excellent products and excellent customer service. I would happily use them again.

Do NOT buy anyting here! Product did not arrive, no responses to mail, nobody picks up the phone, no calling back. Money is gone.

Absolutely Awful! This company any STOLE my money! Ordered some ink cartridges paid nearly £100 and they never turned up. They said they had been delivered by DHL. Then took over 3 weeks to look into the matter and returned with an email saying they had been delivered. They would not provide proof of delivery either. Absolute criminals!

Our experiences with this company over faulty ink cartridges would be hard to fault. We complained - they sent return labels. We returned the goods and they gave us a refund. Everything was dealt with reasonably speedily and very efficiently. We would certainly use them again

I placed two web orders on Wednesday of last week. The first was delivered to me by DHL on Friday morning, a mere 2 days after ordering, and the second was delivered the following morning.

Given that the HP ink cartridges were despatched from Bavaria, Germany, this is indeed truly impressive service

I ordered a epson 3880 ink cartridge from these people. It arrived within an acceptable time limit. Once I needed to use it I unpacked it and attempted to install it in to the printer. However the cartridge would not fit. On closer inspection it was not the same as the other 3880 cartridges in the printer. There was a piece of plastic in place on the back of the cartridge that was in a different location than on the other compatable cartridges that made it impossible to fit the cartridge into the printer.
As I had a backlog of prints to complete and a fixed timescale to work to, I decided to remove the piece of plastic that was stopping the cartridge from fitting into the printer.
The cartridge was now able to locate properly into the printer. However the printer would not recognise the cartridge and therefore not print.

I emailed Prindo and explained the situation. Their initial reply was that they would replace the cartridge. Then I received an email stating that the manufacturer had refused the warranty as I had modified the cartridge. The error was Prindos as they sent out an incompatable cartridge and not the the one I purchased. This is not the fault of the manufacturer but the fault, incompetence, of Prindo, who then hide behind the warranty chestnut rather than own up and admit responsibility for their error. Very shoddy, very poor customer experience. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

I have also just checked with epson, it turns out that the cartridge I showed them is a forgery, which is why it wont fit in to the printer. I did not know that forgeries came under warranty! So this company knowingly sells cartridges that are not compatable for printers it claims they are. Avoid avoid avoid this company!

Seriously poor customer experience.
I ordered once before from these guys and all went well. Second order and I noticed an issue with the shipping address on the confirmation email. I responded to them immediately (3 mins from placing order) and they said it was too late to change but they'd inform DHL. Guess what...No delivery. A significant value of goods too. Cust Service are not interested and are asking me to deal with DHL. DHL say I'm not their customer and Prindo have to contact them. Prindo are refusing point blank. Am stuck and out of pocket.

They sent out a defective cartridge-supposed to be an original cartridge not recycled. Replaced it 3 weeks later after complaining about where it is and having to give my serial number for my printer! Did not send me a returns note as promised, expecting me to pay for return to Germany. 2 months later get bombarded with bullying emails to pay for the replacement even though I sent emails in return saying I didn’t receive any returns note and forwarded their emails to prove them. WILL NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Absolutely terrible, as with other customers goods failed to arrive after 3 weeks , called to complain & ask for refund but company would not offer a quick soultion insisted on the goods being returned to Germany before a refund could be sanctioned . A month later still no goods & still no refund

I will never use this company again. I placed an order from UK not realising that they were based in Germany (it wasn't evident during the order). It was supposed to arrive in two days. They tried to deliver it one week later, even though I had already cancelled the order. They then lied to me that they had refunded me the money. Today, nearly three weeks after my order, I still haven't received my refund.

Order never delivered, Prindo unwilling to resolve the issue. They blame UPS however as with all deliveries the contract is between them and UPS.
They masquerade as a UK company but are based in Germany so if there are any problems with a UK order it would appear they are not interested
Very unhappy I would never use this company again!!
