The document was sent on the tuesday 1st class and didnt arrive till saturday, that is 4 days, i know it might not be entirely your fault as royal mail can be a joke, i dont know if you guys sent it on the wednesday as you was late on the tuesday but 4 days for a 1st class delivery is a joke

Easier to print at home?
The two certificates ordered were sent on regular printer paper, in a non-backed envelope so by the time they arrived here they were screwed up and bent, so I just printed at home myself
