Would not recommend!
In my opinion this company has had much better days! It's not the first time that I have received an order late, but this time I placed and order on the 9th December with delivery estimated by the 18th December. After waiting a few days to see if it arrived, I contacted them on the 23rd and was informed there was a problem with my order and that a shipping label had been created but it hadn't been dispatched and was still with them.
They rang me again the same day and I was told that they couldn't locate it and were offering to do a reprint. I explained that that is ok although I was also looking for a refund and they told me that once I had received the order that I could pursue that. I asked if this could be delivered by the 28th December and they came back and said they could only deliver by the 2nd January, which I had no choice but to accept as other printing companies were closed for Christmas! This caused me a lot of hassle as I needed my order by the 28th and so I had to change my plans due to this.
The order arrived today and I wrote to Print24 who replied quickly, although said: 'Since we provided the reprint, we do not provide refund.'
As I said this isn't the first time that my order was late, so if you are looking to receive something on time, I would strongly recommend you go elsewhere!
