The quality of some goods is disappointed and the feedback is not satisfactory

Thank you for your feedback.

We have previously understood that the ink level of the cartridge is not indicated, but that the product is working properly.

If the quality of the cartridge is not good, we would like to receive a sample print.

After receiving this we can start the warranty procedure.
