Having used Printbroker.ie for several print jobs we had been happy with their service. We received a marketing email showing their custom branded products and were interested in some branded notebooks. We requested information and were given a quote, and we paid for 100 branded notebooks on 5th December. I contacted them in early January to check when we could expect delivery and was told on 15th January that they should arrive by the end of the following week. This did not happen and following several chasing emails over the next few weeks I was told on 11th February that the order was showing as completed on their system and they would chase DPD. A week later, I was told that this had been escalated with DPD but Printbroker would be happy to run the job again to avoid further delays. Having heard nothing by early March I followed up again and got a response on 11th March to say that they had run the job again and it was due to arrive the following week. Despite regular emails and phonecalls which go straight to voicemail, I have received no response and the notebooks have not arrived. The lack of communication has been extremely frustrating, not to mention the fact that we have paid over €1000 for a product that we have not received!

I ordered €400 worth of Beermats almost two months ago and have yet to receive them. Originally, I was told this would take two weeks, but there were delays, apparently in the UK. I was then told they would be dispatched on the 19th of December. Two weeks later, I was told they would be dispatched on the 16th of January. Now, it's the 29th of January, and still nothing. I have emailed and called numerous times, and still nothing. Not even a response. Stay well away.

I've been using Printbroker for over 10 years. I wouldn't consider using anyone else..
