Full of rubbish
Full of rubbish, Printify and Print Clever... Waste of time, Ordered 15/03/2025, ship date was 19/03/2025 and the delivery date was 24/03/2025, for one t-shirt. only ONE T-SHIRT.
My customer told me that it was a birthday present for tomorrow i.e 25/03/2025 and speaking to the printify customer support they advised me to wait another 5 days. As the order still not shipped, what a rubbish companies to work with, AVOID
Terrible from start to
Terrible from start to, well we didn’t get to the finish stage. I have used this shambles of a company many times and my overall experience is a lack customer service as you can’t seem to speak with anyone directly and correspondence goes through their email system and takes weeks (believe me). If you need a print provider, there are other options out there.
Terrible after service !
Terrible after service !! .. print arrived with the writing I had put on not lined up ! .. e mailed them , and 3 e mails later from them still will not let me know anything !! .. said it’s up to the production team if they will re print it , it’s the first company on Amazon I’ve had bad dealings with , I’ve had no problem with other companies, they have refunded or replayed without question ! .. avoid !!
Terrible service
Terrible service. Ordered a triptych for over £200 but it was really blurry so sent it back. They have had it since 26th March and no reply no refund despite numerous emails from me. Can’t phone as their inbox is full- don’t risk buying anything from them
Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service. Ordered from this company on the 20th of january through Amazon. Paid extra for next day delivery for a printed canvass of me my nan and my grandad for his 86th birthday. Fully served grenadier guard may i add! This company couldn't fulfill one small order and deliver what they were paid in full for!!
And still to today no response from them 6th Feb 24.
