Good product and great service. I ordered a manual for my GoPro Hero 7 Black in time for Christmas. It was delivered on time. However, it came in A5 size with a small font size that I struggled to read. I emailed Printed-Manual in the New Year to enquire if the manual could be made available in larger font size. They responded promptly to say that my order was on its way. Two days later a new manual arrived. It was A4 size with font size that I can easily read. It's a small point, and I'm unsure if I missed it when I first ordered the manual, but it would help if there was a choice of page and font size. Overall, I am very happy with the product and the excellent customer service.

First Class Service. A few weeks ago I ordered an advanced manual for my Panasonic GH5Mii camera. It duly arrived, but although the online description mentioned that the manual was too big to be bound in one binder and therefore it was necessary to bind it in two parts, it actually came in three parts.
I rang and left a message querying this. Then forgot to follow it up.
Three days or so later, the postman rang the doorbell asking for my signature on what seemed to be an unexpected delivery, an to my surprise and astonishment, they completely reprinted the manual and set them in two bindings. Perfect.
I couldn't thank them enough for their impeccable response to my call.
Thank you once again for the first class response and service.

Some years ago I obtained a manual for OTC for my camera of 314 pages, that was very useful indeed.

Having a mobile and a tablet I recently ordered the manuals for these from this company, and though the response was good, the manuals certainly were not.

The one for my Nokia phone comprised just 76 pages, and alas failed to answer the two queries I wanted solving.

the one for my Lenovo tablet comprised just 20 pages, with some relating to rules and regulations, and was absolutely useless telling little more that was glaringly obvious.

For these two I was fleeced for £22.81! A rip-off indeed. Tom Crossley
