The company could have not been more helpful as the photo I'd originally sent wasn't suitable, so they advised me to choose another and helped to adjust the photo to make it fit into the template. I would certainly use them again.

Furthermore, we pride ourselves on our discreet and eco-friendly packaging; we do not use clear plastic bags. All of our orders are shipped in plain, hardbacked envelopes to ensure surprises stay a secret!
