I received a poster that was framed and along the way it got slightly damaged. I reached out to printed originals and they handled it very quickly and I couldn’t be more thankful for the professionalism I received. Hi there Chris, we are very sorry to see your review and see that you are unhappy with our service. You ordered a poster from us which we unfortunately damaged during the framing process. We told you this honestly and quickly and gave you an immediate full refund, this was all within 3 days of your original order.
As our items are all one-off vintage items, the piece is now no longer available as this was the only one we had. We left it with you that we were searching for another one for you and would be in touch when one came up, this is the last contact that we have had with you.
We don't understand what you are referencing about other companies, most items that we sell are of course available elsewhere but have nothing to do with us. We understand that you may be disappointed about the order however we gave an immediate full refund and offered to source a replacement. Damage to items is very disappointing to us as well as we usually only have one of each piece. If you would like to suggest an alternative solution then we would have welcomed contact from you.
We are a small independent business and reviews are extremely important to us, so this 1 star review is very damaging and disappointing. If you would still like us to source the poster you originally requested then please let us know.
