What is going on Printed Unique????!!!!

I ordered a cushion & tried to contact them to change shipping address to inlaws as still said processing when should have already been dispatched. Left 2 voicemails, sent 2 emails (2 different email addresses), text via messenger & Instagram pages to no avail. Tried a third time on phone, mailbox now full so cant leave anymore messages. Guess a lot of people been trying to speak to them....So alarm bells ringing now... went on Facebook page & posted for all their followers to see "please contact me re outstanding order etc." Another lady commented was having same problem. Within few hours they'd deleted their Facebook page & still no response!!!
They are obviously in trouble but should NOT be taking money with no intention of sending goods!!
A pity as I bought a lovely cushion from them in 2016 so didn't think anything of ordering from them again. Wished I'd checked on here!!

Don't use this Company

Don't use this Company - was promised by email a full refund when items did not come on time. Now mailbox is full whenever I ring. Emails are not answered. Goods did eventually arrive but too late for the occasion.

Placed an order on 24 January with 4-5…

Placed an order on 24 January with 4-5 day delivery. It is now 12 February and still no delivery. I have sent numerous emails and many phone calls with no response, in fact their telephone mailbox is full and will not take messages.

I am not sure if I have been scammed as the lack of any response is usually a bad sign.
