When I received the ink the color wouldn't work. I emailed the company and they took care of the problem. Only had to wait for replacement cartridge. All is working now.

They make the whole process of purchasing ink so very easy!

I received my order in 2 parts, with no warning this may happen.
The orders were about 5 days apart, and I called to see where the 2nd half was.
Better if I'd been told it would ship separately.

I have used Printerinkcartridges for years and have always been pleased with their products. I previously used their cartridges for my HP printer and now have a Canon wireless printer and just received my first set of these. They last just as long as the ones I use to purchase at Office Supply stores. The quality of the colors are excellent even for photos I print. The price is amazing and greatly appreciated! I have told many friends to use this company!

The ink cartridges are a fraction of the cost of ink at local retail outlets.

For the most part the cartridges OEM product. However, I have had issues with the last replacement unit. Brother didn't recognize that it was nearly out of toner and it nearly emptied. I was able to squeeze out enough to last me until my order arrived with replacements. The cartridges also seem to leak toner after about half-lifetime.

I bought the ink and cleaner both. When I open the package the ink had leaked and made a mess on my hands. Anyhow we cleaned the printer and inserted the ink with no results. Maybe the ink was empty when it arrived

The two cartridges came as promised quite promptly. I loaded the color cartridge after letting it warm up in room temperature for 24 hours. It works just fine. The black ink did not need to be changed yet but I assume it will work fine.
