It's not the first time I am ordering toners from PrinterInkCartridges. I always have very good experiences.
Delivery is fast, ink is good and we always get some extra paper and what is very nice and surprising we got small presents, last time was lollipops and chocolate. I think it's very nice and quite personal way to be with us. Thank you

Great customer service and fast delivery
I ordered a black ink and it didnt work properly for me. I messaged ink cartridges and they emailed me back very quickly with apologies and offered to send me out another one. I also ordered the colour ink. Both arrived quickly. Thr colour ink worked straight away but the black one took a few pages before it was clear. That could've been due to the other black ink that left smudges and wouldn't work properly. But both colour and black are working perfectedly. I would definitely use this service again. Customer service was excellent and very fast delivery. Also a Freddo chocolate bar was in both deliveries which was a lovely gesture.
