Totally false publicity. You think you are buying the original ink cartidges and you they send you fake and recycled generic ones that the printer can not recognise; therefore, waste of money and resources.
I ordered four (4) printer cartridges for my printer. When delivered 21/12/2021. I opened one (1) cartridge on the 21/01/2022 that being BLACK and immediately saw it was not the correct cartridge for my printer. I call Printlinks and advised what had happened. I was informed I had ordered the wrong cartridges for my printer. I was informed Printlinks would exchange for the correct ones and would send me a return label immediately. I then received an e-mail asking me to take photos of all cartridges. I send then by return to Laura. I attach the photos showing that one cartridge seal was open the other three are sealed.
I was amused and confused to receive the following statement in the e-mail from Printlinks.
"Thank you for providing me the details. I have checked and it looks like sadly we cannot take back this items as they are sealed from their protective packaging, taken out of the carton boxes."
How can I show that the seals on the three cartridges are not broken, also They didn't explain how you wanted me to show the seals are not broken in any e-mail Printlinks has sent me?
They refuse to refund???
