The worst service I have ever come across. I placed an order on 9th December 2020 for a gift for Christmas. I speak English, so every time I try to talk with the customer representatives they say the same thing ‘that the order will come on time, before Christmas’. it’s the 23rd today and still no news nor have I received any tracking number on the order which was supposedly sent (FYI they charged a good amount of 8 € approx for delivery fee) I spoke to the customer service again, and they blame it on the logistics service. Please go through their Facebook page (France) , it’s full of unhappy customers. I wish I went through their page on Facebook before I placed an order. Thanks printerpix for a disappointing Christmas!
I have received the 6 magnets ordered on Printerpix website.
Unfortunately i'm really disappointed. The quality of purchase are really bad ( ex : really bad contrast, text on bottom is cut and/or not indicated anymore, picture is not well center on magnet, default of magnet etc...). Those magnets are all different with a lot of negative points...
Unfortunately I have to conclude : Do not trust Printerpix.

I have ordered 2 canvas and prints on 18th Nov. It's December now and I still didn't get it. Is it coming from China? It's ridiculous. I ordered the same canva in Poland with different company, it has been developed and already received within one week. Here, I'm waiting already 3 weeks. Not to mention the fact that this was the most expensive delivery I ever paid in my life. Terrible service. I used your website 3 times and each time there were problems. Terrible, terrible service. I need to block you now but give me my orders first!

Like an idiot I placed the same order twice. I went on the live chat and lovely lady named Patricia was extremely helpful and manged to cancel and refund 1 of my orders.
