Please avoid. I used Printerr twice: despite a slight lack of communication the first time, the order came out great and was delivered on time. The second time, however, I was left with absolutely no answer for weeks, the order showed up very late, wrong and damaged (glue marks on the hoodies, some embroidery areas completely wrong, sizing all wrong, and two missing hoodies). Jordan Pochen has not been answering any of my emails or texts for weeks.
Extremely disappointed and furious we paid for the full order in advance and cannot do anything with what we received. The complete lack of communication is the most frustrating part.

MAKE SURE TO PAY HALF UP FRONT AND HALF ON DELIVERY OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE LEFT WITH NOTHING AND NO ONE TO CONTACT!

I never leave reviews however I would hate to let anyone experience what I did. I almost felt as if I had been scammed. I was informed on a 3 day lead upon payment. I am now on day 12 since payment

Firstly it took 10 days to respond, secondly the customer service has been extremely poor and lastly there was no communication to the delays.

It is disappointing to deal with a company that has no integrity and works in a dishonest manner without any communication to the consumer.

My feedback for Printerr UK would be to just be transparent with the client.

I was looking for a company to produce training T-shirts for my new martial arts club. I received a message through Bark.com from Jay at Printerr Uk swiftly with prices that were very competitive. After forwarding a logo design for t shirts they sent me a graphic to show how it would look which I was pleased with. I made an order and paid for approx 50 tops on the Thursday and received all within 5 working days. Very pleased with the T-shirts, prints, pricing and service and will definitely use again.

Perfect for start ups. This company is delivering absolutely fantastic products. Printerr UK has been unbelievably supportive throughout the entire process, on a human level. They have sourced custom colours for my brand, and they are highly responsive when asked questions. They have delivered a service that is rare in this climate, and I have recommended to friends and I will definitely utilise in the future.

I receive my product today from this company and what i can say the quality is amazing they delivery on time and yes 7 stars ⭐️ quality!

Unfortunately, I had horrible experience with this company.

I ordered t-shirts with print on front and back. Also, I agreed to pay extra for better quality print (about £10 per t-shirt)

Eventually I received 20% of t-shirt with prints on front and back, and the rest 80% with only front ( how is it even possible??)

Also, the quality of print was horrible - even though I paid extra the print was of the lowest quality...

I have been trying to resolve this problem since November! I've been texting and calling, and no one has ever gotten back to me at all..

I want a FULL REFUND or at least some one to resolve this problem for me

Ordered tshirts for a clothing line and was disappointed with what I received, they delivered extremely later than promised and what I got was poor quality printing, half of which didn’t have all the printing I’d paid and asked for, and not to mention the sizing and specifications of the tshirts were all over the place as if they had not acknowledged half of what I wrote.

Printerr were the first to respond to my request for printing and helpful throughout. We sorted the design quickly and the package arrived a few days after. Easy peasy.

Honestly such a great reliable company - so quick to respond and complete order so quickly, quality is great and will continue to use as much as I can.

Staff are so lovely too, going above and beyond!
