The print quality is excellent but my recent order from TikTok interface arrived and Tik Tok never marked it as shipped. I ordered from my own Tik Tok store and received a superb product but delivery was not tracked like Tik Tok tequires. I did a test before advertising.

The delivery providers they work with are sub-par.
I made an order in October for my store thegenuinehuman and the package never arrived - "lost in transit". (Order was refunded). I made another order in March and it was -again-lost in transit (!).

Items push over to the store easily. If you need to update a file, it also updates to Etsy instantly. Great experience.

I placed an order and indicated that it arrived damaged. They told me it could be due to the poor condition of the machines, but when I asked for a solution, they stopped responding. I've sent them several emails requesting that they resolve the issue, but they haven't replied or provided a solution. They refuse to give me an incident number.

With a little (lot) of help from Claude Code everything is working just as I want it. Though the basic intergration is fine you can customise the Wordpress and Woocommerce side to get things to do exactly what you want.

We made a big order that we needed for an event. On the actual order it gave us an estimated delivery time frame, which were in good time to go ahead with the order. 8 days later we got email that some items were not in stock - which meant that they would never be able to arrive in time when they only realised that 8 days later. I have tried for days to talk to them and to push it thought as we needed them for this event, but they couldn't do anything to help. its been 2 weeks and when ordering it said delivery 4-7 days. Be careful with the dates given for delivery.

The item 40 x 60 Gallery Wrapped Canvas and the smaller 8 x 10 Giclee Poster Print of "Secret Beach" arrived in perfect condition, with vivid crisp colors that looked even better than the prints I made in my shop for paisleyprintsgallery.etsy.com.

Printful is such an easy company to use, a good range of products to print on and shipping available all over the world. Easy integration with my online shop with hands free connection when my customers order and really quick printing and shipping making this company a stand out POD supplier. Would highly recommend.

Very easy, fast, and well thought out

My first impressions of Printful is pretty shocking. The drop shipping element is great and I can understand the value there.

Where it falls down, hence the two stars, is the mockup element for Poster Prints, Metal Prints, and Canvas prints, which is terrible. The files I've used is top quality, so this isn't an issue. It's Printful's mockup generator. The quality is blurry, you can't even make out the image. I only discovered it after completing my inventory and then testing a product on Etsy, assuming initially it was a backend issue with Printful.

What is the purpose of offering a mockup generator for Poster, canvas and metal Prints if the picture in the final mockup is blurry? How does it give any confidence to the seller and buyer?

Lastly, if Printful is designed to fulfill print on Demand through seller merchants, how do they expect those merchants to sell products with a blurry mockup?

What it means is:
1. I have hours of inventory building that I could have used building my mockups elsewhere. It has removed the time efficiently POD was supposed to save with inventory management.

2. I now have to complete the Inventory in Printful, and then go into Photoshop to create the mockups, before finally uploading them separately to Etsy.

3. It contradicts the very experience a seller is supposed to have building their inventory through POD.

Doing my research online, this has been an ongoing issue for many sellers for years, and so I don't understand why it's not been fixed, responded to on those threads, and mentioned clearly on the website so to avoid the hours of preparation that you then don't get back.

I can only hope the printing comes back okay. It's not filled me with confidence.

so far so good working with Etsy. I'd like more info on the Canvas and Poster printing process as well as images I can use to create info for my customers so they know whatv kind of material they are buying so if thats a thing let me know!!

I made custom t shirts for my friends and they came out perfectly 🤩, the quality is decent for the price (obviously ain’t the best but for what I’m paying it’s worth it). Fast delivery too - the only issue is that the delivery service left my package outside which could have got stolen
