Easy to operate, with the support of the features I need

I put in some dummy orders to see what be service my customers will get if I choose printful as my POD provider- the quality is good but their communication and delivery is worrisome. My order was estimated to arrive on the 3-7th of March, it’s now the 17th and not a single email to tell me that it’s running late.

Easy integration with Shopify. Only issue is when you copy or duplicate a product the retail value keeps increasing. Otherwise a very good setup so far.

Super helpful getting up and going selling products with ease. 0 issues setting up and linking accounts.

Fun, easy to use platform. Lots of POD products to choose from. Good customer service. Highly recommend if you are looking for a POD supplier.

Shipping is ridiculously slow. I ordered on a normal day of the week. No holidays or anything. Ordered Monday or it may have even been on a weekend and it took them 10 business days to get to me. That's insane. They said it would take 2 because they'd expedite my first order. Ha yeah no. And the shirts were fine. I think most products they offer to get printed on are disgustingly overpriced and you can't choose any options other than super expensive Columbia brand for a jacket or sweatshirt. I was unimpressed and regardless of my order finally getting to me (I live in the Continental US so I mean... Cool why did it take literally 2 weeks to get to me), they falsely told me they'd expedite my order and despite it being 30% off as my first order, 2 shirts and a sticker sheet were still $30 plus tax. I'll find someone else. The literal LEAST they could do was ship it when they said and they couldn't even do that. I have no clue why they have such high ratings. There are way faster, cheaper options out there. Unsure why I wasted my time other than the good reviews. Will not be ordering from again.

Super easy and very intuitive an absolute pleasure to work with

I researched extensively prior to utilizing Printful including reading many reviews on Trustpilot.

An order was placed with Printful for three items. I wanted to check the quality of the garments and the stitching for embroidery.

Garments (hoodie and sweatshirt are of very good quality). The stitching and embroidery for the patches for the hoodie and sweatshirt is really good. I agreed to some changes by Printful to my image in order to produce the badge. Some pertinent details were deleted in order to meet Printful's guidelines. Still, the embroidery was very good for the sweatshirt and hoodie. The embroidery for a cap would be rated as a 1 of 5. The latter stems from the stitching Printful recommended stating the changes would result in a better image. The flat stitching on the badge resulted in an embroidered patch that left words that someone looking at the hat on another person's head unreadable. The stitching blends.

I reached out to Printful and explained the matter and included an image showing that the resulting product was less than standard due to the effect. I requested a remake/refund. The refund was to be used toward the purchase of another sample.

Printful did respond in a timely manner (within 24 hours using email). In Printful's response the decision was Printful could create another file image for me with raised stitching (mind you that is what I submitted at the onset) but because the image file was approved the item isn't bad and the cost would not be refunded.

Printful's lack of ability to see or take ownership that Printful made a bad suggestion that led to the production of a product that did not meet the purchaser's end goal is disappointing. Yes, I approved Printful's change based on the facts Printful noted that my image was outside of what Printful could produce and Printful's recommendatoinb would produce a better image. While I own the approval. I regret the approval because a better image was not produced (lettering is not clear).

When reaching out to Printful about this matter including accessing the file (using the online system) this evening a transfer to an agent did not occur. As a result, I felt I would share my experience with others.

Shipping was within the timeframe posted.

Overall, while the garments (hoodie and sweatshirt) are of premium quality and the embroidery on those items are great; the lack of ownership for giving bad direction gives lots of room for pause causing.... It definitely shatters trust.
